GGD型交流低壓配電柜的柜體采用通用柜的形式，構架用8MF冷彎型鋼局部焊接組裝而成。 設計時充分考慮到柜體運行中散熱問題。在柜體上下兩端均有不同數(shù)量的散熱槽孔，達到散熱的目的。柜門用轉軸活動鉸鏈與構架相連, 安裝、拆卸方便。門的折邊處均嵌有一根山型橡塑條，關門時門與構架之間的嵌條有一定的壓縮行程，能防止門與柜體直接碰撞，也提高了門的防護等級。
GGD柜按照現(xiàn)代工業(yè)產(chǎn)品造型設計的要求，采用黃金分割比的方法設計柜體外形和各部分的分割尺寸，使整柜美觀大方，面目一新。柜體面漆可選用聚酯桔形烘漆，附著力強，質(zhì)感好。整柜呈亞光色調(diào)，避免了眩目效應，給值班人員創(chuàng)造了比較舒適的視覺環(huán)境。柜體的防護等級為IP30,用戶也可根據(jù)使用環(huán)境的要求在 IP20～IP40之間選擇。
The cabinet body of GGD low-voltage distributing cabinet is the general-purpose one, partially weld 8MF cold-pressing quality steel to form the frame of cabinet. The rejection of heat during running is taken account sufficiently when designing GGD cabinet. There are dissimilar-number radiation holes at upper and lower end on the cabinet body.
In order to make sure that the whole cabinet body of GGD type is possessed of the elegant and new appearances, adopt Fibonacci method to design the outline dimension and section that of each part GGD type cabinet according to the requirements of contemporary industrial product modeling design. The protection degree of cabinet body is IP30, the customer can select it within IP20~IP40 according to the operation environment.
