柜體框架采用C型材組裝而成，采用以E=25mm為模數(shù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)零件通用性強(qiáng)、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高。我廠專利產(chǎn)品壓筋C型材使用后大大地提高了柜架的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和連屏后的防護(hù)等級(jí)，同時(shí)采用自攻螺釘連接，有效地保證了產(chǎn)品的裝配精度，新型角位連接器的使用一方面提高了生產(chǎn)效率。另一方面有效地?cái)嚅_(kāi)柜架的磁回路。柜架的全部構(gòu)件都經(jīng)過(guò)鍍鋅處理，用自攻螺釘和8.8級(jí)的螺栓組合成基本骨架，再按需要安裝相應(yīng)的門(mén)、封板、隔板、支架及母線、抽屜和電器組件等。
