開關(guān)柜柜體基本結(jié)構(gòu)是由C型型材裝配組成。C型型材是以E=25mm為模數(shù)安裝孔的鋼板彎制而成。全部柜架及內(nèi)層隔板都做鍍鋅鈍化處理。四周門板，側(cè)板則做噴塑涂覆。能最大程度的防止故障電弧的發(fā)生，但一旦發(fā)生故障電弧，能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)熄滅。MNS系統(tǒng)中選用的尼龍材料不含CFC或鹵素，它具有阻燃或自熄滅的特性。
