A variety of new technologies and new application scenarios are constantly emerging, and the construction of energy storage projects is not the largest, only larger.
According to incomplete statistics, domestic energy storage manufacturers will create the largest number of 23 energy storage projects in 2022. The fields include: compressed air energy storage project, carbon dioxide energy storage project, electrochemical energy storage project, molten salt energy storage project, optical (thermal) energy storage multi energy complementary integration project, sodium ion energy storage battery project, liquid flow battery energy storage project, etc.
According to the project and industry attributes, the following is mainly classified statistics from four dimensions: "the largest in the world, the largest in China, the largest in the province, and the largest in the industry".

On July 14, the feasibility study report of Jiangsu Huai'an 465MW/2600MWh salt cavern compressed air energy storage project successfully passed the expert review in Beijing.
Jiangsu Huai'an 465MW/2600MWh salt cavern compressed air energy storage project is implemented in two phases: 115MW single unit in Phase I and 350MW single unit in Phase II. When completed, the power station will become the largest compressed air energy storage power station in the world, with an annual power generation of 850 million kWh.
