柜體框架采用C型材組裝而成，采用以E=25mm為模數的標準化設計，結構零件通用性強、機械強度高。我廠專利產品壓筋C型材使用后大大地提高了柜架的結構強度和連屏后的防護等級，同時采用自攻螺釘連接，有效地保證了產品的裝配精度，新型角位連接器的使用一方面提高了生產效率。另一方面有效地斷開柜架的磁回路。柜架的全部構件都經過鍍鋅處理，用自攻螺釘和8.8級的螺栓組合成基本骨架，再按需要安裝相應的門、封板、隔板、支架及母線、抽屜和電器組件等。
機械聯鎖：MCC柜抽屜小室外門與斷路器室熔斷器開關的操作手柄設有機械聯鎖，只有手柄在分斷位置時才能開啟小室，檢視抽屜內部。受電開關、聯絡開關及MCC柜的抽屜都具有三個位置，即接通位置，試驗位置及斷開位置。開關柜的頂部根據受電或聯絡需要可安裝母線橋、母線橋離柜頂高度及母線橋的長度可根據用戶需要由制作廠設計配套供應。
